In this unique painting experience, we’ll find inspiration in music and our emotional connection to it. Let go of your reservations and be moved by the beat to dance, paint and create! I’ll provide all the supplies, a variety of music and lead the group in an uplifting Artistic and Musical hour. 

I’ll start with a brief explanation of the activity, supplies and colors as they relate to emotions. Then we’ll crank up the music and paint! We’ll tap our brushes to the beat, get swept away by a concerto and splatter away our frustrations. This is a wonderful activity to increase morale, boost spirits, alleviate stress, increase energy and generate laughter!
