Write-A-Song-Build-A-Team

Our Award-Winning writer’s songs have been recorded by artists such as Tim McGraw, Josh Groban, Collin Raye, Garth Brooks, Patty Loveless, Melissa Manchester, LeAnn Rimes, Reba McEntire and Shania Twain. Their songs have appeared in dozens of TV shows and films. 

From Broadway to Motown to Nashville – songwriting has long been a collaborative effort between multiple writers. In these Nashville style team-building sessions we will engage your team to write YOUR song. Your story. Innovative, creative solutions evolve through this process every day at the most successful organizations in the world! 

To enhance your team’s productivity, we will focus on: 

  • Practicing active collaboration 
  • Creating a culture of listening 
  • Fostering creative problem solving 
  • Finding one’s voice as part of a team 

We literally “build” a customized song that focuses on your team, field or industry. At the end of the day, your attendees will walk away with a greater understanding of what’s needed to have more success in the workplace and in life. Pricing as follows: 

  • South Florida Breakouts up to 30 attendees with Jeff facilitating. $650.00– 90 minutes 
  • South Florida Breakouts 30-60 attendees – 2 facilitators – $ 950.00 
  • South Florida Programs – 60 -90 attendees – 3 facilitators – $ 1350.00 

Other options and models available which include “Write a Song-Record a Song”, larger programs and more at different levels of complexity and size. Pricing varies.

Founder & Lead Facilitator

Jeff Jacob

During 17 years in Nashville, Jeff worked with Gene Simmons of KISS, Bryan Adams, Rascal Flatts, Anderson Cooper, Loretta Lynn and Harry Connick, Jr., to name just a few. Additionally, he spent 3 years as a Staff Songwriter for “The Songs of Love Foundation.”

In 2011, he founded THE SONG TEAM, which combined two passions….song-writing and professional development. The Song Team has facilitated programs all over North America for organizations such as Delta Airlines, Indiana University, McGladrey, DaVita Healthcare, Amgen, Bank of America, Hilton Hotels, Mars, Inc., Nissan and even the U.S. Army.  As a songwriter, and producer Jeff’s credits include 6 solo albums.  He is widely regarded as a Team-Building “Thought Leader” and in 2018 he was invited to facilitate a Collaboration program for TEDx and author a column for the “Hollywood Gazette” called “The Art  & Science of Collaboration.

For the past decade his “day-gig” has been as a “Roving Executive Director” assisting non-profits during transitional periods, in the sectors of Animal Welfare, Mental Health/Substance Use, and Faith-based.
