Cey Adams Love Mural
Artist Cey Adams painted his iconic LOVE mural in Fort Lauderdale facing Tunnel Top Park.
Business for the Arts of Broward has commissioned muralist Cey Adams to paint a new “Love” mural in February 2024, adjacent to the Tunnel Top Park. Cey has painted iconic Love murals across the United States including Detroit, MI, Jackson, MI, New Bedford, MA, St. Paul, MN, Brooklyn, NY, New York, NY, Chelsea, MA, North Omaha, NE and now his Love mural project is coming to Fort Lauderdale. Sponsors of this artist commission include BBX Capital, Dara and Jarett Levan Fund for the Arts, and Community Foundation of Broward.
Cey Adams, a New York native, emerged from the downtown graffiti movement to exhibit alongside fellow artists Jean-Michel Basquiat and Keith Haring. Today his art practice consists of working with mixed media materials to create large paintings, works on paper and bright colorful murals. Recent collaboration partners include the Smithsonian, Temple University, IDEO, Apple, Levi’s, Converse, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Foot Locker, YouTube and Google.
