Oscar Montoya is a Colombian-born artist renowned for his mastery in classical oil painting. He began his artistic journey at the Institute of Fine Arts of Medellin, under the tutelage of Maestro Gabriel Restrepo, and further refined his skills apprenticing with Maestro Horacio Sanchez. In 1999, he relocated to the United States, continuing his artistic growth under the guidance of esteemed artists like Abdon Romero, Cesar Santos, Lee Bianco, and Vadin Zanginian.
