This meditative technique was developed by Pavel Piskarev in 2014 but began to gain popularity beginning in 2018.

It is a process of creating organic lines and rounded shapes by rounding out the sharp corners where lines intersect to create calm pleasing designs.

The process usually begins with an intention an as the creator draws the lines they create new neural pathways and connections.

The process is mindful, relaxing and intuitive linking the Conscious with the Subconscious mind.
