During 17 years in Nashville, Jeff worked with Gene Simmons of KISS, Bryan Adams, Rascal Flatts, Anderson Cooper, Loretta Lynn and Harry Connick, Jr., to name just a few. Additionally, he spent 3 years as a Staff Songwriter for “The Songs of Love Foundation.”
In 2011, he founded THE SONG TEAM, which combined two passions….song-writing and professional development. The Song Team has facilitated programs all over North America for organizations such as Delta Airlines, Indiana University, McGladrey, DaVita Healthcare, Amgen, Bank of America, Hilton Hotels, Mars, Inc., Nissan and even the U.S. Army. As a songwriter, and producer Jeff’s credits include 6 solo albums. He is widely regarded as a Team-Building “Thought Leader” and in 2018 he was invited to facilitate a Collaboration program for TEDx and author a column for the “Hollywood Gazette” called “The Art & Science of Collaboration.
For the past decade his “day-gig” has been as a “Roving Executive Director” assisting non-profits during transitional periods, in the sectors of Animal Welfare, Mental Health/Substance Use, and Faith-based.
