Celebrate Valentine’s Day and the Lunar New Year with fortune cookies, while you create a unique mixed media artwork. After a brief discussion about color and composition, we’ll apply layers of color with tissue paper, incorporate the Fortunes, then add a variety of postage stamps and an assortment of Valentine ephemera into collages on canvas. Original works of art  can be a beautiful reminder of the Words of Wisdom in your fortune, or an expression of admiration for special someone.
